Creamy, Delicious, Strawberry Banana Kratom Smoothie Recipe

Strawberry banana kratom smoothie in glass

Do you really need another strawberry-banana kratom smoothie recipe? Perhaps not if you’re OK with the chilly, tasteless, slightly fruit-flavored drink that’s currently pouring out your blender. But if you’re looking for a fruit smoothie that’s creamy, not slushy, and truly pleasant, we’ve got some ideas.

Alternative Ingredients Options

Use fresh fruit instead of frozen bananas and strawberries for a creamier texture and superior flavor (no freezer burn!). Stick to natural sweeteners like honey—or agave or maple syrup to make it vegan—and adjust the amount to your taste and the ripeness of your fruit. (A ripe banana tastes significantly sweeter than an under-ripe banana.) To make it dairy-free, replace the whole milk with oat milk or almond milk, and replace the plain Greek yogurt with coconut or another plant-based version.

Kratom Smoothie Recipe Variations

However, don’t stop there. Now that you’ve established your foundation, you may embark on your creative journey. Even basic ingredients can elevate an already wonderful smoothie to new heights. For PB&J vibes, try adding peanut butter (and a dab of vanilla extract or paste). Toasted almonds add a nutty flavor and a calcium boost. For health, a sprinkle of chia seeds and/or flax seeds. A handful of wilted spinach and your preferred protein powder to make it into a quick lunch. Roast the strawberries, substitute buttermilk, add tahini, and call it a shake for a true twist on the usual strawberry-banana kratom smoothie recipe. Using this recipe as a base, your options for deliciously incorporating kratom powder into delicious smoothies is nearly endless.
