- 2 whole Bananas Peeled, cut into pieces.
- 2 cups Strawberries Halved and hulled.
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk Or plant based milk
- 1/3 cup Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Gram Kratom Powder
Blend 2 peeled bananas, 2 cups of strawberries, 1/2 cup of whole milk, and 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt, and honey with 2 cups of ice cubes.
Add kratom powder and blend further.
Divide into two cups and enjoy!
